Jerrell T. Mason

Meet the Executive Producer: Jerrell T. Mason is a Buffalo native. Jerrell earned his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Hilbert College and his Master in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration. Jerrell’s 10 years of experience includes a skill set of grant writing, fundraising, and wrap around services, program development, and student development in the field of Higher education.  It is Jerrell’s mission to use his lived and professional experience to connect those in the community with resources that can assist in the betterment of their overall lives and development. He is a father to his 3 year old son, Liam Nicholas Mason. In 2020, after the death of George Floyd and Jerrell’s Grandmother, Virgina Bush, he decided to create a cultural musical arts project connected to the black community promoting mental health and wellness. As someone who’s previously used his lived experience of homelessness to give back, Jerrell has raising funds for the community through the music. 

All Things Work Together: The Official WNY Christmas Compilation Album. This project consisted of approximately 50 local artists and musicians that all took part and helped to record a project that raised funds for three charities in Niagara Falls (Community Missions), Buffalo (City Mission) and Rochester, NY (House of  Mercy). This project featured such artists as Wynetta Hall McElveen, Lydia Marie, Tracy Foye-Green, Serena Young, Kary Dobbs, Constance Mathews, Steven McCaster, Kimera Lattimore, Malcolm F. Wilson, Olivia Best, Darcel Blue, Sherri Sinlgetary, Lakyta Bell, Lisa Santiago, the late great Jerry Livingston and a host of others.
